• 60 Mile Challenge - Help reach all 250 towns in the 60 mile radius (at least). This could possibly reach all ~430,000 people in the 15 county region. If we can reach more people than that, even better. Contact the Media pickup points to see how you can help. • Finance - Always in issue, but the Lord will provide. Advertising is costly, but we'd like to reach many folks. Pray for guidance in your part in all of this.

For those who aren't clear what this third movie is all about, we have the "What is it?" document.

• Prayer - Prayer support on all the below....... Remember, the whole intent of this is to talk about the End Times, how bad they will be, how people will be faced with thier choice. What exactly do you think the reaction will be to this effort which will expose how this will be?
  • Implement the "Break the Snares" prayer mode. Pray that all snares may try to set will be avoided or broken. This is not just for the workers, but EVERYBODY. This includes those who need to be invited & brought in, to see the production & make their decision, no detours……
• General Preparation - Study of this material, know the Biblical answers, gather Support & host meetings
• Handouts - Writeups that describe this subject. Have available to hand out "anywhere", on the road, at the airport, wherever.
• Bulletin inserts - spread these around at work, in church, everywhere
• Floor Display - Bulletin Posters, flyers & Display material.
• Coffee Shop time - Logistics & support of concessions.
• Posters/Flyers - hang them up again in all the restaurants, gas stations, business's, & grocery stores. Did you know that there are 250 towns within a 60 mile radius of the F/M area alone? • Drawings or Giveaways - The books, videos, official movie flyers, etc.
• Media - Many choices, various radio/TV & Internet spots can be used.
• Local & Financial Support - Prayerfully consider helping to buy the ads on TV, radio, newspaper, Internet, etc. Usually $xx have been spent out of pocket on TV ads, radio & the giveaway items already. More expenses always follow.
• Bookstore Support - Bring in local bookstore for books & all other materials. Coordinate floor display with a table for them during the premiere.
• Regional Support - Pray for the other places in the Midwest that do NOT have this movie planned at this time. Consider the F/M area, the 60 mile radius, The Red River valley, the Tri-state area. Presently, over 10 places each in ND, SD & MN have committed. How about all the other cities in the Tri-State area? Wondering who in North America has signed up? . Texas & California each have over 100 sites already signed up.
• Postcards - Mail/email postcards can be mailed out churches before in a 100 mile radius or so.

In-church Activity Preparations & Media Downloads

• Visual - The whole idea behind this is that "visual tools" are important. With that in mind, there are several "tools" available that you can use. These include Posters & Floor Displays. As an example at Bethel, copies of the trailers for all the C10 movies, are being run in the Narthex.
• Trailer, or TV type commercials - Use the trailers/commercials from the present movie & also the previous Left Behind shows in church. These are a terrific method to get people "visually" interested in this production & evangelistic effort.
• Computer based Trailers - Cloud Ten has made many "computer movie clips" that can be run on a computer & displayed in church. Just to be safe we recommend that you save these locally on your machine before running them at a service..
• Bulletin Inserts - Available at the three main locations. You can also download/print your own via links from this Cloud Ten Publicity page.
